Her career began in mortgage lending in 1994, where she built valuable knowledge in financing, loan structure, and buyer qualification. She later owned and operated a lending business and continues to hold her Mortgage Loan Originator license under the PRMG brand. This background allows her to guide clients with a broader understanding of the real estate process—from property value and contract terms to financing options, negotiation strategy, and closing coordination.
